Return Policy

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on our software. If you find that it does not meet your needs, it may be returned for a full refund for up to 30 days after purchase. In the case of software purchased at, you are liable for the shipping for the return. When we've received it back in new condition we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the software (shipping cost not included).

We do strongly recommend that you try the demo software before making a purchase to determine if it works properly for you and has the features you need. The demo is fully functional but prints "VOID" on all checks. Any checks created with the demo version will print without the "VOID" watermark when opened and printed from the full retail version.

Once we receive and examine the merchandise, damaged or defective items will be replaced or the original purchase price refunded.

Returning Merchandise

Before you return merchandise, email customer service ( and get a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA ) number. Ship the merchandise in a well-packed box and write "RMA # XXXX" clearly on the outside of the box. DO NOT WRITE THE RMA # (or anything else) ON THE MERCHANDISE BOX OR PACKAGING, as that will make the unused merchandise no longer "like new".

Return Shipping Cost

The customer assumes the cost of shipping the merchandise back and must insure the shipment against damage or loss. If a returned item is lost or damaged in shipping, you will need to file a claim with your shipper and no credit will be issued by us.
