- Print on pre-printed checks (must be in sheet form – 8.5×11 see FAQ for details)

*The official bank recommendation. Many banks have optical readers that do not need MICR ink, though some still have the older style magnetic readers. Further, some laser printer toner has enough iron in it to work with the magnetic readers. Many of our customers don’t use MICR toner. For sources of MICR inks and toners, see our supplies page.
